Breakfast is served in the conservatory - with wonderful views of the garden - between 8.30-9.30am each morning. If you are having a cooked breakfast, we do ask that you kindly choose from the breakfast menu the evening before so that we are able to prepare exactly what you'd like from the full list of delicious options. This helps us enormously towards our aims to reduce the waste of high quality fresh produce.
Our passion is to serve local, seasonal foods representing the very best that Devon and the South West have to offer. Our AGA-cooked full English breakfast includes thick cut bacon and free range pork sausages, fresh farm eggs, home made bread, portobello mushrooms and tomatoes. We also offer a new local and seasonal special each day.
We serve loose-leaf tea from Devonshire Teas and East Teas of London, freshly ground coffee from Clifton Coffee Roasters of Bristol, hot chocolate and locally produced apple and pear juices, porridge and granola with yoghurt and compote. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance of your visit.
Complimentary tea and cake is served on the day you arrive and can be taken in the conservatory or in the garden, weather permitting.
